  1. Whisk together 1 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp pepper and 1 tsp of the paprika in a large bowl until well combined. Add the ribs and toss to coat, pressing the seasoning into the seasoning into each rib.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 160 degrees. Transfer the ribs to the fryer basket and cook until the ribs are tender and golden brown, about 40 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, combine the ketchup, cider vinegar, white vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire, hot sauce, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper, 3/4 cup water and the remaining 2 tsp paprika in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sugar is melted and the sauce is warmed through, about 2 minutes. Cover and keep warm.
  4. Once the ribs are cooked, dip each one into the sauce, letting any excess run off. Serve with the remaining sauce on the side.
Air Fried Brown Rice

Air Fried Brown Rice

  1. In a non-stick round pan, combine carrot, white scallion parts, ginger, vegetable oil, and salt. In an air fryer basket, place pan. Cook at 200 degrees, stirring halfway through, until onion and carrot are just tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove basket and add rice, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a few grinds of pepper to carrot mixture; stir to combine. Continue to cook at 200 degrees until rice is lightly toasted, about 5 minutes more.
  3. Remove air fryer basket and pour egg over other half. Continue to cook at 200 degrees until egg is just set and peas are warm, about 4 minutes more; stir to combine. Top with green scallion parts.
Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Make rolls: Line bottom of air fryer with parchment paper and brush with butter. In a medium bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a large pinch of salt until smooth and fluffy.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out crescent rolls in one piece. Pinch seams together and fold in half. Roll into a rectangle. Spread butter mixture over dough. Starting at a long edge, roll up the dough like a jelly roll, then cut crosswise into 6 pieces.
  3. Arrange pieces in prepared air fryer, cut side up, spaced evenly.
  4. Set air fryer to 160 degrees, and cook until golden, 10 minutes.
  5. Make the glaze: In a medium bowl, whisk cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk together. Add more milk by the teaspoonful, if necessary, to thin glaze.
  6. Spread glaze over warm cinnamon rolls and serve.

Brownies

  1. Grease a cooking pan that will fit in the air fryer basket, with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, whisk to combine sugar, cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk melted butter and egg until combined. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  3. Transfer batter to cake pan and smooth the top. Cook in air fryer at 160 degrees for 16-18 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
  4. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Air Fryer Churros

Air Fryer Churros

  1. Put a silicone baking mat on a baking sheet and spray with oil spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan add water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium low and add flour to the saucepan. Stirring constantly with a rubber spatula, cook until the dough comes together and is smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and transfer the dough to a mixing bowl. Let cool for 4 minutes.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixing bowl and mix using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer until dough comes together. Use your hands to press lumps together into a ball and transfer to a large piping bag fitted with a large star-shaped tip.
  5. Pipe churros onto the greased baking mat, into 10cm lengths and cut ends with scissors. Refrigerate piped churros on the baking sheet for 1 hour.
  6. Carefully transfer churros to the air fryer basket, leaving space in between. Spray churros with oil spray and cook at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  7. In a shallow bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Immediately transfer baked churros to the bowl with the sugar mixture and toss to coat. Serve warm with Nutella or chocolate dipping sauce.
