Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
6 Chicken Tenders
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Flour
1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
- Combine panko breadcrumbs with olive oil in a bowl.
- Mix egg and milk in a bowl. Pour flour into a pan or bowl.
- Dip the chicken tenders in the flour, then in the egg mixture and then in the panko crumbs. Place the tenders in the airfryer basket.
- Cook for 14 minutes at 200 degrees, flip over halftime during cooking.
- Serve with a dipping sauce.
