Creamy Garlic and Chive dip


150ml Sour Cream
150ml plain Fromage Frais
2 Garlic cloves
1-2 Spring Onions
2-3 tbsp Fresh Chives
Salt and Pepper


  1. Place the sour cream and fromage frais in a bowl and mix together until well blended.
  2. Stir in the garlic, spring onions, snipped chives and seasoning and mix well. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl and garnish with a sprinkling of extra snipped chives. Serve with cooked potato wedges.
