Mozzarella Basil Bruschetta


5 Roma tomatoes
1 cm Fresh mozzarella slices
1 Baguette
1 Garlic Clove (Minced)
1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
5 Fresh basil leaves (Thin chopped)
1/2 Tsp Dry oregano
1 Tsp Salt


  1. For tomato mixture, chop fresh tomatoes and place them in a medium bowl. Add olive oil and mix in salt, oregano, minced garlic, and basil leaves. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Slice the baguete into 2 centimeter slices.Place a slice of fresh mozzarella on each bread slice and place in air fryer basket. Bake at 190 degrees for 5 minutes until cheese has melted
