Slow-cooked Chicken Cacciatore


1kg Whole Chicken
2 Garlic cloves
500g Mushrooms
500g cut Peppers and Onions
1 cup Dry Red wine
4 tsp Garlic Herb Seasoning
300g Marinara Sauce
Salt and Pepper


  1. Add chicken, garlic, mushrooms, peppers and onions, wine, seasoning and sauce to air fryer.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours. Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
