Air Fried Brown Rice

  1. In a non-stick round pan, combine carrot, white scallion parts, ginger, vegetable oil, and salt. In an air fryer basket, place pan. Cook at 200 degrees, stirring halfway through, until onion and carrot are just tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove basket and add rice, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a few grinds of pepper to carrot mixture; stir to combine. Continue to cook at 200 degrees until rice is lightly toasted, about 5 minutes more.
  3. Remove air fryer basket and pour egg over other half. Continue to cook at 200 degrees until egg is just set and peas are warm, about 4 minutes more; stir to combine. Top with green scallion parts.

Stuffed Peppers

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small saucepan, prepare rice according to package instructions. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Cook onion until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink, 6 minutes. Drain fat.
  2. Return beef mixture to skillet, then stir in cooked rice and diced tomatoes. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Let simmer until liquid has reduced slightly, about 5 minutes.
  3. Place peppers cut side- up in air fryer pan and drizzle with oil. Spoon beef mixture into each pepper and top with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake until peppers are tender, about 35 minutes. Bake 10 more minutes until cheese is bubbly. Garnish with parsley before serving.

  1. Add chicken, garlic, mushrooms, peppers and onions, wine, seasoning and sauce to air fryer.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours. Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
Chicken French with Lemon Butter Sauce

Chicken French with Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. Place flour and eggs in separate shallow bowls.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Coat each cutlet with flour. Dip in egg until coated.
  3. Heat pan on high for 2-3 minutes. Add 2 cutlets and cook about 3 minutes. Turn over and cook for another 3 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Drain on paper towels when done.
  4. Serve chicken with warmed sauce and parsley.

  1. In a large bowl, combine beef, garlic and soy sauce, Shape into 4 patties and flatten into a circle. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Place 2 patties in air fryer and cook at 200 degrees for 4 minutes per side. Remove and immediately top with a slice of cheese. Repeat with remaining patties.
  3. Spread hamburger buns with mayo, then lettuce, patties, tomatoes and onions.
