  1. Boil and mash peas and potatoes. Boil and finely chop the spinach.
  2. Mix all the ingredients with the masalas.
  3. Divide the ingredients into 6 equal balls. Press each ball between your palms to give them a tikki shape.
  4. Preheat the airfryer at 200 degrees. Brush the tikkis with oil and air fry at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or till slightly golden brown outside.
  5. Serve hot with chutney.

  1. Rub the potato all over with oil. If you like, rub salt over the skin for crispier finish.
  2. Put the potato in the airfryer and cook at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes, then turn over.
  3. Check the middle is soft by poking a table knife into the center.
  4. For the cheddar and jalapeno topping, mix the cheese, tomato, and jalapeno slices, split the potato and spoon the cheese mixture on top.
  5. For the smashed avocado topping, mash the avocado with the lime or lemon juice, salt and pepper. Split the potato, spoon in the avocado mixture and scatter with seeds or your choice of seasoning.

  1. Wash the potatoes, peel and slice into strips.
  2. Soak the chips in salt water for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the chips from the salt water and drain off the moisture, put into a bowl. Add the salt, egg white and custard powder and stir well.
  4. Put the chips into the baking cage then put into the airfryer. Select 230 degrees and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Rosemary Russet Potato Chips

  1. Scrub the potatoes under running water to clean. Cut the potatoes lengthwise and peel them into thin chips directly into a mixing bowl full of water. Soak the potatoes for 30 minutes, changing the water several times. Drain thoroughly and pat completely dry with a paper towel.
  2. Preheat the airfryer to 165 degrees. In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil. Place them into the cooking basket and cook for 30 minutes or until golden brown, shaking frequently to ensure the chips are cooked evenly. When finished and still warm, toss in a large bowl with rosemary and salt.

  1. Boil and mash potatoes and carrot, cabbage and capsicum.
  2. Dip the slice of bread in water, squeeze the water out and add to the mixture. Add salt and mix well.
  3. Divide into six balls and flatten them.
  4. Coat both sides with the corn flour mixture and then roll them over the bread crumbs.
  5. Brush them with a little oil and fry in the preheated airfryer for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, turning them after 8 minutes.
  6. Remove and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
