  1. Peel the arbi and cut into bite-size pieces.
  2. Put on the kitchen towel to dry.
  3. Sprinkle some corn flour mixed with salt.
  4. Brush with oil and put in airfryer for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees.
  5. Stick toothpicks on each and serve immediately.

French Fries

  1. Wash the potatoes, peel and slice into strips.
  2. Soak the chips in salt water for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the chips from the salt water and drain off the moisture, put into a bowl. Add the salt, egg white and custard powder and stir well.
  4. Put the chips into the baking cage then put into the airfryer. Select 230 degrees and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Roast Chicken

Roast Chicken

  1. Clean the chicken, use the garlic, ginger, chilli oil, barbeque paste, and soy sauce to make the marinade. Put the chicken in the marinade for a couple of hours in the fridge.
  2. Put the chicken on the chicken fork (or use the low rack) and fill the chicken belly with the green Chinese onions and seasoning. Tie it with toothpicks.
  3. Select 200 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Baked Soft Rib

  1. Cut the beef rib into segments, about 3cm long, then string them up with the skewer rack.
  2. Sprinkle with the black pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Put in airfryer and cook for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
  3. Cook until nicely brown outside.
Steak

Steak

  1. Pickle steak with sauce, set aside.
  2. Cook cucumber and carrot, put on the dish.Add a little butter and salt.
  3. Put the steak into the steak frame, and then put in the airfryer. Cook for 15 minutes at 190 degrees. Use the high rack to cook well.
