- Whisk together 1 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp pepper and 1 tsp of the paprika in a large bowl until well combined. Add the ribs and toss to coat, pressing the seasoning into the seasoning into each rib.
- Preheat the air fryer to 160 degrees. Transfer the ribs to the fryer basket and cook until the ribs are tender and golden brown, about 40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the ketchup, cider vinegar, white vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire, hot sauce, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper, 3/4 cup water and the remaining 2 tsp paprika in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sugar is melted and the sauce is warmed through, about 2 minutes. Cover and keep warm.
- Once the ribs are cooked, dip each one into the sauce, letting any excess run off. Serve with the remaining sauce on the side.

- Clean and cut fish in large chunks. Wash and pat dry with paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Marinate the fish and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the airfryer to 180 degrees. Brush the wire rack with oil. Coat the marinated fish with bread crumbs and brush with oil. Arrange in the airfryer and cook for 6-7 minutes at 180 degrees, or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney and salad.

- Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into strips. Place the peppers into the airfryer pan, drizzle oil over and cook for 5 minutes at 160 degrees.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the turkey strips to the pan. In a bowl, blend the cornflour with the port and vinegar. Add this mixture to the airfryer pan with some seasoning. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the turkey is tinged brown and cooked. Stir the mixture twice while cooking.
- Serve with rice or noodles, or baked potatoes and vegetables.
