Chicken, Bacon and creamed Corn Roll-ups

  1. Use a long sharp knife to slice the chicken breast in half horizontally. Use a meat mallet to pound out the chicken breasts to about 5mm thick.
  2. Combine the corn, cream cheese, cheese blend and coriander in a bowl. Top one chicken piece with half the mixture. Top remaining chicken piece with remaining mixture. Carefully roll from the short end of the chicken to enclose. Wrap each piece of chicken in two pieces of bacon. Secure with toothpicks.
  3. Spray the basket of the air fryer with oil. Place the chicken in the basket and air fry at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, or until cooked through.
  4. Discard toothpicks and slice the chicken, serve with salsa.

  1. Lay the bacon in the basket of the airfryer, be sure the layers don’t overlap.
  2. Set the airfryer at 200 degrees and cook the bacon for 6-10 minutes. Cook back bacon rashers for 4-8.
  3. Remove the bacon using tongs and put on kitchen paper to drain before serving.

  1. Heat the airfryer to 200 degrees. Put the mushrooms, tomatoes, and garlic in a round tin. Season and spray with oil. Place the tin, bacon and chipolatas in the cooking basket. Cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile wilt the spinach in a microwave or by pouring boiling water through it in a sieve. Drain well.
  3. Add the spinach to the tin and crack in the eggs. Lower the temperature to 160 degrees and cook for a further few minutes until the eggs are cooked.

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

  1. Rinse the shrimp under cold running water and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Tightly wrap the tail end of the shrimp with a slice of bacon, and overlap until you reach the top. Use toothpicks to keep bacon in place.
  3. Lay all of the wrapped shrimp on a deep dish and squeeze the lemon to cover with juice. Add garlic salt.
  4. Place some shrimp in the airfryer with space between to avoid sticking.
  5. Fry the bacon wrapped shrimp at 200 degrees for 7 minutes. Turn the shrimp over midway through cooking. Remove basket when golden brown.
Cheddar Bacon Croquettes

Cheddar Bacon Croquettes

  1. Cut the cheddar block into 6 equally sized portions, approximately 3cm×3,5cm each. Take two pieces of bacon and wrap them around each piece of cheddar, fully enclosing the cheese. Trim any excess fat. Place the cheddar bacon bites in the freezer for 5 minutes to firm. Do not freeze.
  2. Preheat the airfryer to 200 degrees. Mix the oil and breadcrumbs and stir until the mixture becomes loose and crumbly. Place each cheddar block into flour, then the eggs and then the breadcrumbs. Press coating to croquettes to ensure it adheres. Place the croquettes in the cooking basket and cook for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
