Chipotle Tuna Melt

  1. Blend Chipotle peppers in mayo, mix in garlic salt and black pepper.
  2. Pour the mix into a medium bowl and stir in the tuna. Add cilantro and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Coat the toast with butter then spread the tuna mix into the buttered bread. Top with cheese and bread, butter the top slice.
  4. Place the sandwich into the airfryer basket and cook at 190 degrees for 4 minutes.
  5. Remove when cheese has melted or bread is golden.
Chocolate Lava Cake

Chocolate Lava Cake

  1. Add the baking powder to the refined flour. Pass them through a sieve and keep aside.
  2. Melt the chocolate chunks in a double boiler over low heat and stir continuously. Add milk to the mixture and blend it well. Remove the melted chocolate from the heat, add butter and stir it well.
  3. In a separate bowl break the egg, add sugar and beat them until a creamy consistency is reached.
  4. Blend the egg and sugar mixture into melted chocolate. Add the refined flour little by little to avoid lumps. Mix the batter well.
  5. Grease the moulds with butter and dust them with some refined flour. Pour the batter in the moulds.
  6. Preheat the airfryer for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
  7. Put the moulds in the airfryer basket and bake for 4 minutes or until the crust is cooked and firm.
Cheese Straws

Cheese Straws

  1. Sieve the flour and salt
  2. Rub in the butter and add the grated cheese.
  3. Mix a beaten egg into this and knead to form a dough.
  4. Roll into an oblong and cut, twisting each piece to give the straw shape.
  5. Preheat the airfryer for 3 minutes 190 degrees.
  6. Fry for 5-6 minutes turning, in between.
Pumpkin Cookies

Pumpkin Cookies

  1. Melt the butter and add the pumpkin puree and stir.
  2. Add the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg powder and flour.
  3. Stir evenly into a soft pumpkin puree.
  4. Add the mixture to a piping bag and pipe the cookies onto a baking tray.
  5. Put in the airfryer, select 180 degrees and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Spicy Grilled Cheese

Spicy Grilled Cheese

  1. Brush butter on a slice of toast.
  2. Place cheese slices and sprinkle crushed red pepper onto the cheese.
  3. Cover the sandwich with the other slice of toast, coat with butter and place sandwich in basket.
  4. Cook the sandwich at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the basket when the cheese has melted and the toast is golden brown.
