Crispy Chilli Beef

  1. First, combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add the steak strips and toss to coat. Leave in the fridge for up to 24 hours if you can.
  2. Sprinkle the corn flour over the steal and mix until each piece is coated in a floury paste. Pull the strips apart and arrange over a plate. Drizzle each piece of steak with a little oil. Heat the air fryer to 220 degrees.
  3. Carefully put the beef in the basket and cook for 6 minutes. Turn and cook for another 4-6 minutes until crispy.
  4. Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil over high heat and stir-fry the garlic, ginger, chilli, pepper and white ends of the spring onions for 2-3 minutes until the pepper softens. Be careful not to burn the ginger and garlic. Add the vinegar, soy, sweet chilli sauce and tomato sauce, mix well and cook for another minute until bubbling.
  5. Tip the beef into the sauce and mix through. Continue cooking for another minute until piping hot, then serve scattered with the spring onion greens and a little extra sauce on the side.

  1. Melt the cream cheese and butter, stirring evenly.
  2. Stir the matcha powder into the cream cheese with a sieve and add the egg yolk and 35g sugar.
  3. Stir the egg white with the sugar until it foams, stir in the cheese batter in two batches.
  4. Pour the batter into a pan, put in the airfryer and select 180 degrees and cook for 20 minutes.

Sweet and sour Pork fillet

  1. In a jug or bowl, blend the corn flour with the red wine until smooth, then stir in the passata, apple juice, vinegar, sugar, tomato puree and seasoning, mixing well. In a large bowl, lightly coat the strips of pork with additional corn flour. Set aside.
  2. Place the onions in the pan then drizzle with oil. Cook for 5 minutes then add the prepared pork and garlic and cook for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. Stir the pork to separate the pieces, then stir in the prepared sweet and sour sauce. Cook for another 10 minutes and stir once while cooking.
  4. Adjust the seasoning to taste and serve with cooked rice or mashed potatoes with vegetables.

Turkey with three Peppers

  1. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into strips. Place the peppers into the airfryer pan, drizzle oil over and cook for 5 minutes at 160 degrees.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the turkey strips to the pan. In a bowl, blend the cornflour with the port and vinegar. Add this mixture to the airfryer pan with some seasoning. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the turkey is tinged brown and cooked. Stir the mixture twice while cooking.
  4. Serve with rice or noodles, or baked potatoes and vegetables.
Arbi-on-a-Toothpick

Arbi-on-a-Toothpick

  1. Peel the arbi and cut into bite-size pieces.
  2. Put on the kitchen towel to dry.
  3. Sprinkle some corn flour mixed with salt.
  4. Brush with oil and put in airfryer for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees.
  5. Stick toothpicks on each and serve immediately.
