Easy Pancakes

  1. Preheat the airfryer to 160 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in milk, oil and egg. Mix until smooth.
  3. Take out the airfryer-pan and pour the mix in circles onto the pan. Cook until bubbles form and the edges dry(1-2 minutes) Flip over and cook until browned both sides. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  4. Add syrup for taste.

Buttermilk chicken with Sweet Potato chips

  1. Place the buttermilk, cayenne and garlic in a bowl with the chicken breasts, cover and place in the fridge to marinate overnight.
  2. Heat the airfryer for 3 minutes. When you are ready to cook, rub as much of the marinade off the chicken as you can, then dip the breasts into a bowl of seasoned flour, then a bowl of beaten egg and finally the breadcrumbs, making sure the chicken well coated.
  3. Place the chicken in the airfryer and fry for 20 minutes at 190 degrees or until cooked through. Allow to rest while you cook the chips.
  4. Toss the chips in oil and paprika, then place in the airfryer and cook at 190 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking them twice in between. Once cooked, season the chips with salt and pepper.

  1. Heat the airfryer to 200 degrees. Put the mushrooms, tomatoes, and garlic in a round tin. Season and spray with oil. Place the tin, bacon and chipolatas in the cooking basket. Cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile wilt the spinach in a microwave or by pouring boiling water through it in a sieve. Drain well.
  3. Add the spinach to the tin and crack in the eggs. Lower the temperature to 160 degrees and cook for a further few minutes until the eggs are cooked.

  1. Wash the potatoes, peel and slice into strips.
  2. Soak the chips in salt water for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the chips from the salt water and drain off the moisture, put into a bowl. Add the salt, egg white and custard powder and stir well.
  4. Put the chips into the baking cage then put into the airfryer. Select 230 degrees and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Crunchy Eggplant Fries

Crunchy Eggplant Fries

  1. Peel the eggplant and slice lengthwise in slices. Then cut into 6 mm strips.
  2. In a bowl beat egg and milk together. In another dish, combine panko and cheese.
  3. Dip each peace in the egg mix and then in the panko mix, coat both sides.
  4. Place an even layer of eggplant in the basket, do not overcrowd, and spritz with non-stick spray.
  5. Put the basket and pan in the airfryer. Bake for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
  6. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
