- Blend Chipotle peppers in mayo, mix in garlic salt and black pepper.
- Pour the mix into a medium bowl and stir in the tuna. Add cilantro and salt and pepper to taste.
- Coat the toast with butter then spread the tuna mix into the buttered bread. Top with cheese and bread, butter the top slice.
- Place the sandwich into the airfryer basket and cook at 190 degrees for 4 minutes.
- Remove when cheese has melted or bread is golden.

- Rinse the shrimp under cold running water and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Tightly wrap the tail end of the shrimp with a slice of bacon, and overlap until you reach the top. Use toothpicks to keep bacon in place.
- Lay all of the wrapped shrimp on a deep dish and squeeze the lemon to cover with juice. Add garlic salt.
- Place some shrimp in the airfryer with space between to avoid sticking.
- Fry the bacon wrapped shrimp at 200 degrees for 7 minutes. Turn the shrimp over midway through cooking. Remove basket when golden brown.
