Brownies

  1. Grease a cooking pan that will fit in the air fryer basket, with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, whisk to combine sugar, cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk melted butter and egg until combined. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  3. Transfer batter to cake pan and smooth the top. Cook in air fryer at 160 degrees for 16-18 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
  4. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Blooming Apples

Blooming Apples

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together butter, sugars and cinnamon.
  2. Slice top off of each apple then use a melon baller or a teaspoon to scoop out the core. Using a paring knife, make two circular cuts in apple. Place apple cut side down on a cutting board and slice crosswise, being careful not to cut through the core.
  3. Fill each apple with two caramel squares, then brush melted butter mixture on top. Place cut apples in basket of air fryer. Bake at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with ice cream on top and drizzle with caramel.
Air Fryer Churros

Air Fryer Churros

  1. Put a silicone baking mat on a baking sheet and spray with oil spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan add water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium low and add flour to the saucepan. Stirring constantly with a rubber spatula, cook until the dough comes together and is smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and transfer the dough to a mixing bowl. Let cool for 4 minutes.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixing bowl and mix using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer until dough comes together. Use your hands to press lumps together into a ball and transfer to a large piping bag fitted with a large star-shaped tip.
  5. Pipe churros onto the greased baking mat, into 10cm lengths and cut ends with scissors. Refrigerate piped churros on the baking sheet for 1 hour.
  6. Carefully transfer churros to the air fryer basket, leaving space in between. Spray churros with oil spray and cook at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  7. In a shallow bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Immediately transfer baked churros to the bowl with the sugar mixture and toss to coat. Serve warm with Nutella or chocolate dipping sauce.
Berry Crisp

Berry Crisp

Fruit Filling:

  1. In a medium bowl, toss raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, sugar, flaxseeds, vanilla, and salt until coated.
  2. Divide berry mixture between 2 aluminum pie plates.

Topping:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, oats, sugar and salt. Add butter and squeeze mixture until clumps form, using your hands.
  2. Sprinkle topping over filling; generously spray with cooking spray. Place 1 pan in an air fryer basket. Cook at 190 degrees until filling is bubbly and top is golden, about 15 minutes. Let cool slightly. Repeat with remaining crisp. Serve with ice cream.
Banana Bread

Banana Bread

  1. Spray a pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  2. Whisk together the flour, whole-wheat, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl. Mash the bananas until very smooth in a separate bowl. Add the granulated sugar, oil, yoghurt, vanilla and egg to the banana and whisk until very smooth. Sift the dry ingredients over the wet and fold together with a spatula until just combined. Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle the top of the batter with the turbinado sugar, for a crunchy topping.
  3. Put the pan in the air fryer and cook at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. When done, let cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then unmold banana bread from pan and let cool completely.
