- Whisk together 1 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp pepper and 1 tsp of the paprika in a large bowl until well combined. Add the ribs and toss to coat, pressing the seasoning into the seasoning into each rib.
- Preheat the air fryer to 160 degrees. Transfer the ribs to the fryer basket and cook until the ribs are tender and golden brown, about 40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the ketchup, cider vinegar, white vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire, hot sauce, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper, 3/4 cup water and the remaining 2 tsp paprika in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sugar is melted and the sauce is warmed through, about 2 minutes. Cover and keep warm.
- Once the ribs are cooked, dip each one into the sauce, letting any excess run off. Serve with the remaining sauce on the side.

- Arrange the corn in the airfryer basket. Cook at 200 degrees for approximately 10-12 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix feta, onion, basil and oregano until well combined.
- Spread 2 tablespoons yoghurt on each cob and add the feta-mixture. Sprinkle with some paprika and garnish with basil.
- Serve warm with lemon wedges alongside.

- Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel, then coat both sides with oil.
- In a medium bowl, combine parmesan, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, paprika and black pepper. Coat both sides of the pork with the mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Arrange the pork chops in the airfryer basket. Cook at 200 degrees, flipping halfway through, about 10 minutes.
- Let pork chops rest before serving.

- Cut the beef rib into segments, about 3cm long, then string them up with the skewer rack.
- Sprinkle with the black pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Put in airfryer and cook for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Cook until nicely brown outside.

- Soak the onions in the ice water for at least 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
- Using a pair of chefs tongs, remove the onions from the ice water and toss in the seasoned flour. Shake off all excess flour.
- Place an even row of onions in the basket, do not overcrowd, and spritz with non-stick spray.
- Put the basket and pan into the Air Fryer.
- Set temperature to 400 degrees and the timer for 7 minutes.
- Shake several times during the cooking process. Once cooking is complete, remove. Repeat with remaining onions.
