- Preheat air fryer at 160 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk together soy-sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, and sugar; stir in ginger and set aside.
- On a cutting board, place 1 dumpling wrapper. Light brush top with sesame oil and scatter 2 tsp scallions on top. Top with second dumpling wrapper, pressing to adhere. Repeat with sesame oil, scallions, and wrappers until you have a stack of 6 wrappers. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make a total of 8 stacks of 6 wrappers each.
- Working with 1 at a time, using a rolling pin, roll out each stack of wrapper so a 20cm circle, turning and flipping over as necessary. Repeat until all stacks are rolled out.
- Heat 1 tbsp canola oil and cook 1 pancake at a time until golden brown, 1-2 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve sprinkled with any remaining scallions and with ginger chili sauce for dipping.

- Butter a pan and set aside.
- Combine the butter, yeast, salt, sugar and 1 cup warm water in a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment. With the mixer on low speed, add 1/2 cup of the flour at a time, waiting for each addition to be fully incorporated before adding more. Once all the flour is added, kneed for 8 minutes.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared pan, cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Add the pan to the air fryer and cook at 200 degrees. Cook until the bread is dark brown, about 20 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then turn out on to a rack to cool completely.

- In a mixer, add the yeast, ⅓ cup sugar and ½ cup milk. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add one egg to the mixer with all the dry ingredients and mix until it forms a ball.
- Set aside and separate them into double in size. When the dough is ready, place on the counter and roll out to 3cm thickness.
- Make doughnuts with round cutters. Place in the air fryer basket.
- Mix the egg yolk and 2 tablespoons milk to make an egg wash. Brush it onto the doughnuts and place the basket in the air fryer.
- Cook for 16 minutes at 160 degrees. Turn the doughnuts over during cooking.
- Mix ½ cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Dip into mixture when doughnuts are still warm.

- Mix the egg, milk, sugar, nutmeg and salt in a shallow bowl.
- Combine the blueberries and whipped cream cheese in a bowl.
- Cut a slit in the top crust of each slice of bread. Using a spoon, stuff each piece of bread with 2 tablespoons of berry mixture.
- Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture until the entire slice is covered.
- Place the corn flakes on a plate. Press each slice of bread into the corn flake, evenly coating both sides.
- Place the slices into the basket of the airfryer. Cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Serve hot with maple syrup and butter.

- Add the milk, light cream, egg yolks and a few drops of vanilla extract into a bowl, whip uniformly. Heat to simmer with a soft flame and stir in 20g of sugar and dissolve.
- Pour into baking cups, select 180-200 degrees and cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Take them out of the airfryer and cool for a while. Sprinkle with sugar evenly on the surface, use a heat gun to burn the surface until it becomes a caramel color. Top with berries.
