- First, combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add the steak strips and toss to coat. Leave in the fridge for up to 24 hours if you can.
- Sprinkle the corn flour over the steal and mix until each piece is coated in a floury paste. Pull the strips apart and arrange over a plate. Drizzle each piece of steak with a little oil. Heat the air fryer to 220 degrees.
- Carefully put the beef in the basket and cook for 6 minutes. Turn and cook for another 4-6 minutes until crispy.
- Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil over high heat and stir-fry the garlic, ginger, chilli, pepper and white ends of the spring onions for 2-3 minutes until the pepper softens. Be careful not to burn the ginger and garlic. Add the vinegar, soy, sweet chilli sauce and tomato sauce, mix well and cook for another minute until bubbling.
- Tip the beef into the sauce and mix through. Continue cooking for another minute until piping hot, then serve scattered with the spring onion greens and a little extra sauce on the side.

- In a non-stick round pan, combine carrot, white scallion parts, ginger, vegetable oil, and salt. In an air fryer basket, place pan. Cook at 200 degrees, stirring halfway through, until onion and carrot are just tender, about 5 minutes.
- Remove basket and add rice, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a few grinds of pepper to carrot mixture; stir to combine. Continue to cook at 200 degrees until rice is lightly toasted, about 5 minutes more.
- Remove air fryer basket and pour egg over other half. Continue to cook at 200 degrees until egg is just set and peas are warm, about 4 minutes more; stir to combine. Top with green scallion parts.

- Heat the air fryer on 160 degrees for 2 minutes. Mix the oil, yoghurt, egg and milk in a large bowl. Then, fold in the sugar, flour and bicarbonate of soda and mix well. Fold in the blueberries.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone cases, 3/4 full. You should be able to make 6-8 muffins, bake in batches.
- Place the muffin cases in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes until the muffins are golden brown and a skewer comes out clean from the center.

- Preheat the airfyer to 160 degrees.
- Whisk together the egg, yoghurt, milk, oil and vanilla. Stir through the caster sugar and mix until combined.
- Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, then add the salt and most of the chocolate chips. Stir until just combined, with no floury streaks.
- Arrange the cake cases and scoop batter evenly into each case. Sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips on top.
- When preheated, remove the basket from the airfryer and put the cake cases into it. Arrange them close together, just touching.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until well-risen and the tops of the muffins spring back when pressed. Lift out of the airfryer and allow to cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes before serving.
