- Whisk together 1 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp pepper and 1 tsp of the paprika in a large bowl until well combined. Add the ribs and toss to coat, pressing the seasoning into the seasoning into each rib.
- Preheat the air fryer to 160 degrees. Transfer the ribs to the fryer basket and cook until the ribs are tender and golden brown, about 40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the ketchup, cider vinegar, white vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire, hot sauce, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper, 3/4 cup water and the remaining 2 tsp paprika in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sugar is melted and the sauce is warmed through, about 2 minutes. Cover and keep warm.
- Once the ribs are cooked, dip each one into the sauce, letting any excess run off. Serve with the remaining sauce on the side.

- Preheat the airfryer to 190 degrees.
- Mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce and Montreal steak seasoning. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a burger, making an indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb.
- Place the burgers into the airfryer basket, and air-fry for 16-20 minutes, flipping the burgers over half way through the cooking time.
- Mix the cheese sauce and cheddar cheese together. When 4 minutes are left on the timer, spoon 1/4 of the cheese mixture on each burger and return the burgers to the airfryer.
- Serve the burgers on toasted onion rolls.

- Preheat air fryer to 195°C.
- In a large bowl, combine and stir the first 10 ingredients.
- Include beef mix gently however completely.
- Press into balls about 4cm in diameter.
- In batches, arrange meatballs in a single layer on greased tray in airfryer basket. Cook until they are lightly browned and cooked through, 12-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine sauce ingredients.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.1
- Serve with meatballs.
