Chicken Kofta

  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into koftasize balls.
  3. Preheat airfryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Lightly brush the air fryer wire rack and the koftas with oil. Place the koftas on the rack and put it in.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes at the same temperature.
  5. Serve hot as a snack or use in gravy for chicken koftas.
Chipotle Tuna Melt

Chipotle Tuna Melt

  1. Blend Chipotle peppers in mayo, mix in garlic salt and black pepper.
  2. Pour the mix into a medium bowl and stir in the tuna. Add cilantro and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Coat the toast with butter then spread the tuna mix into the buttered bread. Top with cheese and bread, butter the top slice.
  4. Place the sandwich into the airfryer basket and cook at 190 degrees for 4 minutes.
  5. Remove when cheese has melted or bread is golden.
Onion Rings

Onion Rings

  1. Slice the onion into rings and dip in milk then in seasoned flour.
  2. Drizzle the onion rings lightly in olive oil.
  3. Put the onion rings in the airfryer basket, set the temperature to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
  4. After 6 minutes, remove the basket with the onion rings, gently shake then put back in for 6 minutes.
  5. Cook until time is over or until the rings are golden brown.
Feta Triangles

Feta Triangles

  1. Beat the egg yolk in a bowl and mix in the feta, parsley and scallion; seasoned with pepper to taste. Cut each sheet of filo dough into three strips. Scoop a full teaspoon of the feta mixture on the underside of a strip of pastry. Fold the tip of the pastry over the filling to form a triangle, folding the strip in a zigzag manner until the filling is wrapped in a triangle. Repeat until all the filo and feta has been used.
  2. Preheat the airfryer to 200 degrees. Brush the filo with a little oil and place the triangles in a cooking basket. Slide the basket in and cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat the process with the remaining feta triangles and serve.
Cheddar Bacon Croquettes

Cheddar Bacon Croquettes

  1. Cut the cheddar block into 6 equally sized portions, approximately 3cm×3,5cm each. Take two pieces of bacon and wrap them around each piece of cheddar, fully enclosing the cheese. Trim any excess fat. Place the cheddar bacon bites in the freezer for 5 minutes to firm. Do not freeze.
  2. Preheat the airfryer to 200 degrees. Mix the oil and breadcrumbs and stir until the mixture becomes loose and crumbly. Place each cheddar block into flour, then the eggs and then the breadcrumbs. Press coating to croquettes to ensure it adheres. Place the croquettes in the cooking basket and cook for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
