- Clean the chicken, use the garlic, ginger, chilli oil, barbeque paste, and soy sauce to make the marinade. Put the chicken in the marinade for a couple of hours in the fridge.
- Put the chicken on the chicken fork (or use the low rack) and fill the chicken belly with the green Chinese onions and seasoning. Tie it with toothpicks.
- Select 200 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes.

- Cut the beef rib into segments, about 3cm long, then string them up with the skewer rack.
- Sprinkle with the black pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Put in airfryer and cook for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Cook until nicely brown outside.

- Pickle steak with sauce, set aside.
- Cook cucumber and carrot, put on the dish.Add a little butter and salt.
- Put the steak into the steak frame, and then put in the airfryer. Cook for 15 minutes at 190 degrees. Use the high rack to cook well.

- Peel the eggplant and slice lengthwise in slices. Then cut into 6 mm strips.
- In a bowl beat egg and milk together. In another dish, combine panko and cheese.
- Dip each peace in the egg mix and then in the panko mix, coat both sides.
- Place an even layer of eggplant in the basket, do not overcrowd, and spritz with non-stick spray.
- Put the basket and pan in the airfryer. Bake for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

- Peel and slice a red onion 6 mm slices. Clean button mushrooms; then cut into 6 mm slices. In a sauté pan with olive oil, sweat onions and mushrooms under a medium flame until tender. Remove from heat and place on a dry kitchen towel.
- Preheat the airfryer to 200 degrees. In a mixing bowl, crack 6 eggs and whisk thoroughly and vigorously, adding a pinch of salt. In a 20 cm heat resistant baking dish, coat the inside and bottom with a light coating of pan spray. Pour eggs into the baking dish, then the onion and mushroom mixture and then the cheese.
- Place the baking dish in the cooking basket and cook in the airfryer for 27-30 minutes. The frittata is done when you can stick a knife into the middle, and the knife comes out clean.
