Salmon Fishcakes

  1. Blend the onion and parsley, add the salmon, chili, salt and pepper then blend for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, then fold in 2 tbsp breadcrumbs. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions.
  3. Roll each portion into a ball, coat in egg, then breadcrumbs, flatten the coated balls and add into the basket.
  4. Set the temperature to 180 degrees and the timer to 15 minutes.
  5. Halfway through cooking, remove the frying basket and turn the fishcakes. Return to the air fryer and continue cooking.
  6. Cook until the fishcakes are golden brown and serve hot.
Fried Garlic Mushrooms

Fried Garlic Mushrooms

  1. Separate the stems from the mushrooms.
  2. To the butter, add finely chopped coriander, garlic, chopped mushroom stems, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps. Join two caps together and secure them with a toothpick.
  4. Dip each piece in beaten egg and roll them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat the airfryer at 200 degrees. Brush the coated mushroom with oil and cook for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve hot.
Grilled Fish

Grilled Fish

  1. Clean and cut fish in large chunks. Wash and pat dry with paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Marinate the fish and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the airfryer to 180 degrees. Brush the wire rack with oil. Coat the marinated fish with bread crumbs and brush with oil. Arrange in the airfryer and cook for 6-7 minutes at 180 degrees, or until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with chutney and salad.
Vegetable Cutlets

Vegetable Cutlets

  1. Boil and mash potatoes and carrot, cabbage and capsicum.
  2. Dip the slice of bread in water, squeeze the water out and add to the mixture. Add salt and mix well.
  3. Divide into six balls and flatten them.
  4. Coat both sides with the corn flour mixture and then roll them over the bread crumbs.
  5. Brush them with a little oil and fry in the preheated airfryer for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, turning them after 8 minutes.
  6. Remove and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
Fish Tacos

Fish Tacos

  1. In a glass bowl, beat the egg, buttermilk and flour together. Set aside.
  2. In a glass shallow dish, combine panko, bread crumbs, salt, garlic powder and black pepper.
  3. Dip each fillet in egg mix then gently press in bread crumbs to cover.
  4. Place the fillets into airfryer basket. Spitz with oil.
  5. Set temperature to 200 degrees for 12 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
  6. Serve in taco shells with lettuce, salsa, sour cream and cheese.
