- In a jug or bowl, blend the corn flour with the red wine until smooth, then stir in the passata, apple juice, vinegar, sugar, tomato puree and seasoning, mixing well. In a large bowl, lightly coat the strips of pork with additional corn flour. Set aside.
- Place the onions in the pan then drizzle with oil. Cook for 5 minutes then add the prepared pork and garlic and cook for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Stir the pork to separate the pieces, then stir in the prepared sweet and sour sauce. Cook for another 10 minutes and stir once while cooking.
- Adjust the seasoning to taste and serve with cooked rice or mashed potatoes with vegetables.

- Peel and dice apples. Place apple chunks into a medium bowl, then add cranberries, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, cinnamon, juice from lemon, and mix well.
- To make the crumble, use a large mixing bowl and add1/2 cup of brown sugar, salt, flour and cinnamon. Mix the butter cubes and mash to make a consistent clumpy texture.
- Pour the apple mix into a baking dish and top with the crumble. Place the dish into the air fryer basket and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Carefully remove when crispy and golden.

- Preheat air fryer to 195°C.
- In a large bowl, combine and stir the first 10 ingredients.
- Include beef mix gently however completely.
- Press into balls about 4cm in diameter.
- In batches, arrange meatballs in a single layer on greased tray in airfryer basket. Cook until they are lightly browned and cooked through, 12-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine sauce ingredients.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.1
- Serve with meatballs.
