Pizza Bagels

  1. Place the split bagels cut-side-up in the air fryer basket. Cook at 160 degrees until lightly toasted, about 2 minutes.
  2. Remove the bagels from the air fryer. Top each with 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 slice of provolone, 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/4 tsp oregano and 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes if using. Add other optional toppings if using.
  3. Return the bagels to the air fryer. Cook at 160 degrees until the bagels are well toasted and the cheese is melted, 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan And serve immediately.
Burrito-stuffed Chicken

Burrito-stuffed Chicken

  1. Use a sharp knife to slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally. Use a meat mallet to pound out the chicken breasts about 5mm thick.
  2. Spread 1 tbsp chipotle sauce over a piece of chicken. Top with 1/4 of the rice. Sprinkle with 1/4 of the beans, cheese and shallot. Carefully roll from the short end of the chicken to enclose. Secure with toothpicks.
  3. Process the corn chips in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Transfer to a plate. Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl. Place flour on a plate. Working in batches, press the stuffed chicken in the flour, then in the eggs and then in the corn chip crumbs, pressing firmly to coat. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes to rest.
  4. Spray the basket of the air fryer with oil. Place the chicken in the basket and cook at 180 degrees for 12 minutes, turning halfway, or until cooked through.
  5. Discard toothpicks. Serve with avocado dip, jalapenos, coriander and lime wedges.
Air fried Parmesan Chicken

Air fried Parmesan Chicken

  1. Carefully butterfly chicken by cutting in half widthwise all the way through. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. Place flour in a shallow bowl; season with salt and pepper. In another shallow bowl, beat eggs to blend. In a third shallow bowl, combine panko, parmesan, oregano, red pepper flakes and garlic powder.
  3. Working one at a time, coat chicken in flour, shake off any excess. Dip into eggs then finally dip into panko mixture, gently pressing to adhere and ensuring both sides of chicken are well coated.
  4. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the basket. Cook at 400 degrees, turning once, for 5 minutes per side. Top chicken with marinara and mozzarella. Cook until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes more.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Portabella Pepperoni Pizza

Portabella Pepperoni Pizza

  1. Preheat the airfryer to 165 degrees. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the portabella, then season the inside of the portabella with salt and the  italian seasonings. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the mushrooms and then top with cheese.
  2. Place the portabella into the cooking basket and cook for 1 minute, then remove and place the pepperoni slices on top of the portabella pizza. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Finish with freshly grated parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes.
Fresh Mozzarella and Roasted Pepper Pizza

Fresh Mozzarella and Roasted Pepper Pizza

  1. Pre-heat the airfryer to 200 degrees.
  2. Place the pizza dough on a flat surface and shape the dough in an oval that will fit the airfryer basket. Transfer the dough to the airfryer basket. Dock the dough by piercing it several times with a fork, and brush it lightly with olive oil.
  3. Air-fry for 6 minutes. Flip the dough over, brush with little olive oil and air-fry for an additional 4 minutes.
  4. To make the pizza, spread the pizza sauce on top of the dough and then add the slices of mozzarella cheese. Top with the roasted peppers and oregano. Lower the temperature of airfryer to 180 degrees and air-fry for 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is nicely browned. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with fresh basil on top.
  5. Remove from airfryer and serve.
