- Take a whole block of paneer and cut it into thin slices to roll. Apply salt, turmeric powder and chili powder on the paneer. Place the slices on a hot non-stick pan for 2 minutes.
- In a separate pan sauté carrots and cabbage. Add juliennes of dried mango and cook for 2 minutes.
- Spread the filling over the paneer slices. Roll the paneer. Dust it with rice flour.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, then cook the rolls for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, brush the rolls with oil and cook for another 2-4 minutes or until golden brown.

- Separate the stems from the mushrooms.
- To the butter, add finely chopped coriander, garlic, chopped mushroom stems, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps. Join two caps together and secure them with a toothpick.
- Dip each piece in beaten egg and roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the airfryer at 200 degrees. Brush the coated mushroom with oil and cook for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve hot.

- Boil and mash peas and potatoes. Boil and finely chop the spinach.
- Mix all the ingredients with the masalas.
- Divide the ingredients into 6 equal balls. Press each ball between your palms to give them a tikki shape.
- Preheat the airfryer at 200 degrees. Brush the tikkis with oil and air fry at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or till slightly golden brown outside.
- Serve hot with chutney.

- Clean and cut fish in large chunks. Wash and pat dry with paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Marinate the fish and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the airfryer to 180 degrees. Brush the wire rack with oil. Coat the marinated fish with bread crumbs and brush with oil. Arrange in the airfryer and cook for 6-7 minutes at 180 degrees, or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney and salad.

- Peel the arbi and cut into bite-size pieces.
- Put on the kitchen towel to dry.
- Sprinkle some corn flour mixed with salt.
- Brush with oil and put in airfryer for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Stick toothpicks on each and serve immediately.
