Meatball Grinders

  1. Preheat the airfryer to 190 degrees.
  2. Combine the ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and chopped parsley in a large bowl. Mix everything together with your hands until well combined.
  3. Divide and shape the mixture into ten meatballs. Air-fry the meatballs for 10 minutes turning over half way through the cooking time.
  4. Slice open the hoagie rolls and spread a little marina sauce inside. Place two slices of the provolone cheese over the sauce. Top the cheese with three meatballs per hoagie roll and a little additional sauce. Top with two more slices of provolone cheese and return the sandwiches to the airfryer, one or two at a time, to melt the cheese and toast the bread.

Fried Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

  1. Finely chop the onion. Place all the ingredients onto a bowl and mix well. Shape the mixture into 10-12 balls.
  2. Preheat the airfryer to 390 degrees.
  3. Place the meatballs in the airfryer basket and slide the basket in. Set the timer and cook for 8 minutes.
  4. Transfer the meatballs to an oven dish, add the tomato sauce and place the dish into the basket of the airfryer. Slide the basket into airfryer . Set the temperature to 330 degrees and the timer for 5 minutes to warm through.

Sweet and Spicy Meatballs

  1. Preheat air fryer to 195°C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine and stir the first 10 ingredients.
  3. Include beef mix gently however completely.
  4. Press into balls about 4cm in diameter.
  5. In batches, arrange meatballs in a single layer on greased tray in airfryer basket. Cook until they are lightly browned and cooked through, 12-15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine sauce ingredients.
  7. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.1
  8. Serve with meatballs.
