- Place the sour cream and fromage frais in a bowl and mix together until well blended.
- Stir in the garlic, spring onions, snipped chives and seasoning and mix well. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl and garnish with a sprinkling of extra snipped chives. Serve with cooked potato wedges.

- In a jug or bowl, blend the corn flour with the red wine until smooth, then stir in the passata, apple juice, vinegar, sugar, tomato puree and seasoning, mixing well. In a large bowl, lightly coat the strips of pork with additional corn flour. Set aside.
- Place the onions in the pan then drizzle with oil. Cook for 5 minutes then add the prepared pork and garlic and cook for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Stir the pork to separate the pieces, then stir in the prepared sweet and sour sauce. Cook for another 10 minutes and stir once while cooking.
- Adjust the seasoning to taste and serve with cooked rice or mashed potatoes with vegetables.

- Place the onion and garlic in the airfryer then drizzle the oil evenly over the vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the canned tomatoes, red wine, tomato puree, sugar and seasoning. Cook for about 25 minutes, or until the sauce is thick. Stir the mixture while cooking.
- Stir in the shredded basil and adjust the seasoning to taste. Serve with freshly cooked pasta.

- Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into strips. Place the peppers into the airfryer pan, drizzle oil over and cook for 5 minutes at 160 degrees.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the turkey strips to the pan. In a bowl, blend the cornflour with the port and vinegar. Add this mixture to the airfryer pan with some seasoning. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the turkey is tinged brown and cooked. Stir the mixture twice while cooking.
- Serve with rice or noodles, or baked potatoes and vegetables.

- Place the buttermilk, cayenne and garlic in a bowl with the chicken breasts, cover and place in the fridge to marinate overnight.
- Heat the airfryer for 3 minutes. When you are ready to cook, rub as much of the marinade off the chicken as you can, then dip the breasts into a bowl of seasoned flour, then a bowl of beaten egg and finally the breadcrumbs, making sure the chicken well coated.
- Place the chicken in the airfryer and fry for 20 minutes at 190 degrees or until cooked through. Allow to rest while you cook the chips.
- Toss the chips in oil and paprika, then place in the airfryer and cook at 190 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking them twice in between. Once cooked, season the chips with salt and pepper.
