- Preheat the airfryer to 390 degrees.
- Peel the parsnips and onions. Cut the parsnips and celery into 2cm cubes and the onions into wedges. Half the butternut squash, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.(No need to peel it)
- Mix the cut vegetables with thyme and olive oil. Season to taste.
- Place the vegetables into the basket of the airfryer. Set the timer for 20 minutes and roast the vegetables until timer rings or until vegetables are nicely brown. Stir once while roasting.

- Mix all the ingredients except oil.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into koftasize balls.
- Preheat airfryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Lightly brush the air fryer wire rack and the koftas with oil. Place the koftas on the rack and put it in.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes at the same temperature.
- Serve hot as a snack or use in gravy for chicken koftas.

- Slice the onion into rings and dip in milk then in seasoned flour.
- Drizzle the onion rings lightly in olive oil.
- Put the onion rings in the airfryer basket, set the temperature to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
- After 6 minutes, remove the basket with the onion rings, gently shake then put back in for 6 minutes.
- Cook until time is over or until the rings are golden brown.

- In a glass bowl, beat the egg, buttermilk and flour together. Set aside.
- In a glass shallow dish, combine panko, bread crumbs, salt, garlic powder and black pepper.
- Dip each fillet in egg mix then gently press in bread crumbs to cover.
- Place the fillets into airfryer basket. Spitz with oil.
- Set temperature to 200 degrees for 12 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
- Serve in taco shells with lettuce, salsa, sour cream and cheese.

- Peel the mash and potatoes. Add the peas, carrot, beans, corn, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients. Add corn flour only to bind the balls. Excess corn flour will make the corn balls hard.
- Divide the mixture into 7-8 equal portions and shape them into small balls.
- Preheat the airfryer for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Brush the cheese balls with oil. Arrange them in the airfryer and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Keep the cheese balls at a distance from each other to keep them from sticking.
