- Butter a pan and set aside.
- Combine the butter, yeast, salt, sugar and 1 cup warm water in a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment. With the mixer on low speed, add 1/2 cup of the flour at a time, waiting for each addition to be fully incorporated before adding more. Once all the flour is added, kneed for 8 minutes.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared pan, cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Add the pan to the air fryer and cook at 200 degrees. Cook until the bread is dark brown, about 20 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then turn out on to a rack to cool completely.

- Trim the stem ends from the green beans. Place the beans in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place the beans in the basket of the air fryer. Cook at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Beans should be crispy and slightly blistered when finished.

- Heat the air fryer to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse and dry 2 medium russet potatoes. Use a fork to prick the potatoes in a few places. Drizzle the potatoes with 1 teaspoon neutral oil and rub with your hands to coat the potatoes. Season the potatoes with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer. Roast until the potatoes can be easily pierced with a paring knife, about 40 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the air fryer then cut each one lengthwise to split. Serve with butter, salt and pepper.

- Toss the carrots with the butter, sugar, salt, chili powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Transfer the carrots to the air fryer in a single layer and cook at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, or until browned and slightly charred on the edges.
- Sprinkle with the mint and serve immediately.
