  1. Boil and mash peas and potatoes. Boil and finely chop the spinach.
  2. Mix all the ingredients with the masalas.
  3. Divide the ingredients into 6 equal balls. Press each ball between your palms to give them a tikki shape.
  4. Preheat the airfryer at 200 degrees. Brush the tikkis with oil and air fry at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or till slightly golden brown outside.
  5. Serve hot with chutney.

Air-fried Omelet

  1. Grease a round cake pan with cooking spray. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, a pinch of salt and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into the round pan. Top half the mixture with spinach and red peppers. Carefully transfer pan to airfryer basket. Cook for 6-10 minutes at 200 degrees.
  3. Remove the pan. Top vegetables with cheese and, using a spatula, fold the omelet over the filling. Slide omelet into a plate and top with cherry tomatoes.

Spinach Cheese Stuffed Shells

  1. Cook shells according to package directions in boiling water and drain.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix all cheeses, egg and spinach, then stuff each shell generously with the mixture.
  3. Spread a 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce onto an 20 cm pan, open side up. Spread the remaining sauce on top.
  4. Place the pan inside the fryer basket and bake at 140 degrees for 25 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove the pan from the basket and serve.

Serves 4

  1. Spray four ramekins with non-stick spray.
  2. On the stove, heat olive oil in a sauté pan, add spinach and cook until wilted. Drain off excess liquid.
  3. Divide spinach between the ramekins.
  4. Place the bacon in the ramekins.
  5. Crack an egg into each, and top with cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Set temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and set timer for 15 minutes. Adjust time to determine the runniness of the yolk.
