Coconut Shrimp

  1. Place the shrimp on paper towels. Mix the panko and coconut together in a pan and set aside. Mix cornstarch in a pan and set aside.
  2. Place the egg white in a bowl.
  3. Dip one shrimp at a time into mixture, then into egg white, and then into the coconut mixture.
  4. Place the coated shrimp into the fry basket and cook for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
  5. After 5 minutes, rotate the shrimp.
Cheese Sticks

Cheese Sticks

  1. Open the package of string cheese, separate the cheese sticks and freeze them for two hours.
  2. Place the instant flour in a large plastic bag, then beat the eggs in a medium sized bowl. Mix the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan and place in a shallow dish or pie pan.
  3. When string cheese is frozen, shake the cheese in the bag of flour. Dip into the beaten egg and then press in the crumbs.
  4. Place cheese sticks evenly in the basket, do not overcrowd.
  5. Set temperature to 400 degrees and the timer for 7 minutes. After 3 minutes of cooking, carefully flip the cheese sticks over.
  6. Repeat with all the cheese sticks. Serve with marinara dipping sauce.
Fried Garlic Mushrooms

Fried Garlic Mushrooms

  1. Separate the stems from the mushrooms.
  2. To the butter, add finely chopped coriander, garlic, chopped mushroom stems, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps. Join two caps together and secure them with a toothpick.
  4. Dip each piece in beaten egg and roll them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat the airfryer at 200 degrees. Brush the coated mushroom with oil and cook for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve hot.

  1. Boil and mash peas and potatoes. Boil and finely chop the spinach.
  2. Mix all the ingredients with the masalas.
  3. Divide the ingredients into 6 equal balls. Press each ball between your palms to give them a tikki shape.
  4. Preheat the airfryer at 200 degrees. Brush the tikkis with oil and air fry at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or till slightly golden brown outside.
  5. Serve hot with chutney.
Corn on the Cob

Corn on the Cob

  1. Arrange the corn in the airfryer basket. Cook at 200 degrees for approximately 10-12 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix feta, onion, basil and oregano until well combined.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons yoghurt on each cob and add the feta-mixture. Sprinkle with some paprika and garnish with basil.
  4. Serve warm with lemon wedges alongside.
