- Place the shrimp on paper towels. Mix the panko and coconut together in a pan and set aside. Mix cornstarch in a pan and set aside.
- Place the egg white in a bowl.
- Dip one shrimp at a time into mixture, then into egg white, and then into the coconut mixture.
- Place the coated shrimp into the fry basket and cook for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
- After 5 minutes, rotate the shrimp.

- Open the package of string cheese, separate the cheese sticks and freeze them for two hours.
- Place the instant flour in a large plastic bag, then beat the eggs in a medium sized bowl. Mix the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan and place in a shallow dish or pie pan.
- When string cheese is frozen, shake the cheese in the bag of flour. Dip into the beaten egg and then press in the crumbs.
- Place cheese sticks evenly in the basket, do not overcrowd.
- Set temperature to 400 degrees and the timer for 7 minutes. After 3 minutes of cooking, carefully flip the cheese sticks over.
- Repeat with all the cheese sticks. Serve with marinara dipping sauce.

- Separate the stems from the mushrooms.
- To the butter, add finely chopped coriander, garlic, chopped mushroom stems, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps. Join two caps together and secure them with a toothpick.
- Dip each piece in beaten egg and roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the airfryer at 200 degrees. Brush the coated mushroom with oil and cook for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve hot.

- Boil and mash peas and potatoes. Boil and finely chop the spinach.
- Mix all the ingredients with the masalas.
- Divide the ingredients into 6 equal balls. Press each ball between your palms to give them a tikki shape.
- Preheat the airfryer at 200 degrees. Brush the tikkis with oil and air fry at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or till slightly golden brown outside.
- Serve hot with chutney.

- Arrange the corn in the airfryer basket. Cook at 200 degrees for approximately 10-12 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix feta, onion, basil and oregano until well combined.
- Spread 2 tablespoons yoghurt on each cob and add the feta-mixture. Sprinkle with some paprika and garnish with basil.
- Serve warm with lemon wedges alongside.
