- Make rolls: Line bottom of air fryer with parchment paper and brush with butter. In a medium bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a large pinch of salt until smooth and fluffy.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out crescent rolls in one piece. Pinch seams together and fold in half. Roll into a rectangle. Spread butter mixture over dough. Starting at a long edge, roll up the dough like a jelly roll, then cut crosswise into 6 pieces.
- Arrange pieces in prepared air fryer, cut side up, spaced evenly.
- Set air fryer to 160 degrees, and cook until golden, 10 minutes.
- Make the glaze: In a medium bowl, whisk cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk together. Add more milk by the teaspoonful, if necessary, to thin glaze.
- Spread glaze over warm cinnamon rolls and serve.

- Grease a cooking pan that will fit in the air fryer basket, with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, whisk to combine sugar, cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt.
- In a small bowl, whisk melted butter and egg until combined. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Transfer batter to cake pan and smooth the top. Cook in air fryer at 160 degrees for 16-18 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

- In a small bowl, whisk together butter, sugars and cinnamon.
- Slice top off of each apple then use a melon baller or a teaspoon to scoop out the core. Using a paring knife, make two circular cuts in apple. Place apple cut side down on a cutting board and slice crosswise, being careful not to cut through the core.
- Fill each apple with two caramel squares, then brush melted butter mixture on top. Place cut apples in basket of air fryer. Bake at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm with ice cream on top and drizzle with caramel.

- Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees. Brush 1 sheet of filo with butter. Place second sheet of filo on top of the first and also brush with butter. Repeat until you have used 4 sheets. Cut the filo layers into 4 8cm×30cm strips.
- Place 1 tbsp of peanut butter and 1 tsp of marshmallow fluff on the underside of a strip of filo. Fold the tip of the sheet over the filling to form a triangle and fold repeatedly in a zigzag manner until it is fully wrapped. Use a touch of butter to seal the ends of the turnover.
- Place the turnovers in the cooking basket and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and puffy. Finish with a touch of sea salt.
