Crispy Baked Potatoes

  1. Heat the air fryer to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse and dry 2 medium russet potatoes. Use a fork to prick the potatoes in a few places. Drizzle the potatoes with 1 teaspoon neutral oil and rub with your hands to coat the potatoes. Season the potatoes with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  2. Place the potatoes in the air fryer. Roast until the potatoes can be easily pierced with a paring knife, about 40 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the air fryer then cut each one lengthwise to split. Serve with butter, salt and pepper.

Doughnuts

  1. In a mixer, add the yeast, ⅓ cup sugar and ½ cup milk. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add one egg to the mixer with all the dry ingredients and mix until it forms a ball.
  3. Set aside and separate them into double in size. When the dough is ready, place on the counter and roll out to 3cm thickness.
  4. Make doughnuts with round cutters. Place in the air fryer basket.
  5. Mix the egg yolk and 2 tablespoons milk to make an egg wash. Brush it onto the doughnuts and place the basket in the air fryer.
  6. Cook for 16 minutes at 160 degrees. Turn the doughnuts over during cooking.
  7. Mix ½ cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Dip into mixture when doughnuts are still warm.
Air-fried Cauliflower

Air-fried Cauliflower

  1. In a small bowl, whisk ghee, garlic powder and turmeric. Place cauliflower in a large bowl. Pour ghee mixture over cauliflower, tossing to coat until all florets are tinted yellow. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange the cauliflower in the basket of the airfryer. Cook at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Turn halfway through.
Matcha Cheese Cake

Matcha Cheese Cake

  1. Melt the cream cheese and butter, stirring evenly.
  2. Stir the matcha powder into the cream cheese with a sieve and add the egg yolk and 35g sugar.
  3. Stir the egg white with the sugar until it foams, stir in the cheese batter in two batches.
  4. Pour the batter into a pan, put in the airfryer and select 180 degrees and cook for 20 minutes.
Fried Garlic Mushrooms

Fried Garlic Mushrooms

  1. Separate the stems from the mushrooms.
  2. To the butter, add finely chopped coriander, garlic, chopped mushroom stems, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps. Join two caps together and secure them with a toothpick.
  4. Dip each piece in beaten egg and roll them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat the airfryer at 200 degrees. Brush the coated mushroom with oil and cook for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve hot.
