Heat the air fryer to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse and dry 2 medium russet potatoes. Use a fork to prick the potatoes in a few places. Drizzle the potatoes with 1 teaspoon neutral oil and rub with your hands to coat the potatoes. Season the potatoes with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer. Roast until the potatoes can be easily pierced with a paring knife, about 40 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the air fryer then cut each one lengthwise to split. Serve with butter, salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk ghee, garlic powder and turmeric. Place cauliflower in a large bowl. Pour ghee mixture over cauliflower, tossing to coat until all florets are tinted yellow. Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the cauliflower in the basket of the airfryer. Cook at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Turn halfway through.
