- Preheat the air fryer to 160 degrees. Line the air fryer basket with foil and coat with cooking spray. Arrange the phyllo cups in the basket in an even layer. Divide the chorizo, scallion and cheese among the cups.
- Whisk the eggs with the heavy cream and 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper; pour into the phyllo cups. Cook until the eggs are puffed, 5-7 minutes.

- Place instant flour and seafood seasoning in a zip-lock bag.
- In a shallow baking dish, beat egg and milk together.
- In another dish combine flour, cornmeal and salt.
- Shake the cod in the bag with flour and seasoning mix. Dip each piece of cod in egg mixture then press into cornmeal mixture.
- Place the cod finger in the basket, leave enough space in-between. Cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Repeat with remaining cod fingers.
- Serve warm with lemon and tartar sauce.

- In a mixer, add the yeast, ⅓ cup sugar and ½ cup milk. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add one egg to the mixer with all the dry ingredients and mix until it forms a ball.
- Set aside and separate them into double in size. When the dough is ready, place on the counter and roll out to 3cm thickness.
- Make doughnuts with round cutters. Place in the air fryer basket.
- Mix the egg yolk and 2 tablespoons milk to make an egg wash. Brush it onto the doughnuts and place the basket in the air fryer.
- Cook for 16 minutes at 160 degrees. Turn the doughnuts over during cooking.
- Mix ½ cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Dip into mixture when doughnuts are still warm.

- Place the shrimp on paper towels. Mix the panko and coconut together in a pan and set aside. Mix cornstarch in a pan and set aside.
- Place the egg white in a bowl.
- Dip one shrimp at a time into mixture, then into egg white, and then into the coconut mixture.
- Place the coated shrimp into the fry basket and cook for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
- After 5 minutes, rotate the shrimp.

- Mix the egg, milk, sugar, nutmeg and salt in a shallow bowl.
- Combine the blueberries and whipped cream cheese in a bowl.
- Cut a slit in the top crust of each slice of bread. Using a spoon, stuff each piece of bread with 2 tablespoons of berry mixture.
- Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture until the entire slice is covered.
- Place the corn flakes on a plate. Press each slice of bread into the corn flake, evenly coating both sides.
- Place the slices into the basket of the airfryer. Cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Serve hot with maple syrup and butter.
