Blueberry Cream Cheese stuffed French Toast

  1. Mix the egg, milk, sugar, nutmeg and salt in a shallow bowl.
  2. Combine the blueberries and whipped cream cheese in a bowl.
  3. Cut a slit in the top crust of each slice of bread. Using a spoon, stuff each piece of bread with 2 tablespoons of berry mixture.
  4. Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture until the entire slice is covered.
  5. Place the corn flakes on a plate. Press each slice of bread into the corn flake, evenly coating both sides.
  6. Place the slices into the basket of the airfryer. Cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
  7. Serve hot with maple syrup and butter.
French Brulé

French Brulé

  1. Add the milk, light cream, egg yolks and a few drops of vanilla extract into a bowl, whip uniformly. Heat to simmer with a soft flame and stir in 20g of sugar and dissolve.
  2. Pour into baking cups, select 180-200 degrees and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Take them out of the airfryer and cool for a while. Sprinkle with sugar evenly on the surface, use a heat gun to burn the surface until it becomes a caramel color. Top with berries.
Cherry Pie

  1. Press the pie crust into the baking pan leaving the excess hanging over. With a fork, poke holes on the dough all over.
  2. Place the pan into the basket of the airfryer. Adjust cooking time for 5 minutes at 160 degrees.
  3. Remove the basket and carefully take out the pie pan. Remove the excess dough hanging from the pan. Pour cherry filling into the pie crust.
  4. Roll the last rust out and cut it into 10cm strips. Place the strips going one way across the top and the opposite way across to make a lattice.
  5. Mix the egg and milk, and brush the pie.
  6. Place into airfryer again and cook for 15 minutes at 160 degrees.
  7. When done, set aside to cool and serve with cream or ice cream.

  1. Cut a circle out of a piece of paper. Place it in the baking pan.
  2. Mix the butter and graham cracker crust together and press into the baking pan. Place the baking pan in the airfryer and cook for 4 minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. In a mixer, blend cream cheese and add the sugar. Add one egg at the same time until creamy. Add the vanilla and mix well.
  4. Remove the fry basket and pour the cheese mixture on top of the crust.
  5. Place into the airfryer and cook for 15 minutes at 160 degrees. Cool for 3 hours before serving.
Chocolate chip Muffins

Chocolate chip Muffins

  1. Preheat the airfyer to 160 degrees.
  2. Whisk together the egg, yoghurt, milk, oil and vanilla. Stir through the caster sugar and mix until combined.
  3. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, then add the salt and most of the chocolate chips. Stir until just combined, with no floury streaks.
  4. Arrange the cake cases and scoop batter evenly into each case. Sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips on top.
  5. When preheated, remove the basket from the airfryer and put the cake cases into it. Arrange them close together, just touching.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until well-risen and the tops of the muffins spring back when pressed. Lift out of the airfryer and allow to cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes before serving.
