Baked Shrimp

Baked Shrimp

  1. Wash the shrimps and put in a bowl, add a little olive oil and salt and allow to pickle for 10 minutes.
  2. String the shrimps with a skewer rack, or use the high rack, and put into the airfryer. Select 200 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  3. After they are baked, sprinkle with ground black pepper.
Cheddar Melt Burgers

Cheddar Melt Burgers

  1. Preheat the airfryer to 190 degrees.
  2. Mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce and Montreal steak seasoning. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a burger, making an indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb.
  3. Place the burgers into the airfryer basket, and air-fry for 16-20 minutes, flipping the burgers over half way through the cooking time.
  4. Mix the cheese sauce and cheddar cheese together. When 4 minutes are left on the timer, spoon 1/4 of the cheese mixture on each burger and return the burgers to the airfryer.
  5. Serve the burgers on toasted onion rolls.
Air Fry Fish Fillet

Air Fry Fish Fillet

  1. Clean the fish fillet and drain excess water.
  2. Rub salt and pepper on the fish.
  3. Coat the fillets with egg and then with bread flour.
  4. Preheat the airfryer for 3 minutes at 180 degrees.
  5. Put the fillets in the airfryer at 200 degrees for 15 minutes turning once in- between.
  6. Serve with tartar sauce.
Fresh Mozzarella and Roasted Pepper Pizza

Fresh Mozzarella and Roasted Pepper Pizza

  1. Pre-heat the airfryer to 200 degrees.
  2. Place the pizza dough on a flat surface and shape the dough in an oval that will fit the airfryer basket. Transfer the dough to the airfryer basket. Dock the dough by piercing it several times with a fork, and brush it lightly with olive oil.
  3. Air-fry for 6 minutes. Flip the dough over, brush with little olive oil and air-fry for an additional 4 minutes.
  4. To make the pizza, spread the pizza sauce on top of the dough and then add the slices of mozzarella cheese. Top with the roasted peppers and oregano. Lower the temperature of airfryer to 180 degrees and air-fry for 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is nicely browned. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with fresh basil on top.
  5. Remove from airfryer and serve.
Air Roasted Chicken with Tomatoes

Air Roasted Chicken with Tomatoes

  1. Marinate the chicken for an hour.
  2. Preheat the airfryer for 2 minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. Brush cooking oil on chicken skin.
  4. Roast in the airfryer for 15 minutes with skin facing down.
  5. Remove the chicken from the airfryer, collect the chicken oil and drizzle it over the tomatoes.
  6. Roast tomatoes for 6 minutes at 160 degrees.
